Our take

I picked up this EVICIV 15.6-inch portable monitor as a secondary screen for console gaming, and it works well for the price. The 1080p IPS display has good colors and viewing angles, and the 60Hz refresh rate is fine for most games. I like that it has standard HDMI and USB-C, making it easy to connect to my PS4 and Xbox. The built-in speakers are adequate for casual use. However, at 300 nits, it's not very bright, and the 3ms response time is nothing special. Being a used unit, there were some minor scratches, but functionality is intact. For $29.99, it's a steal if you need a compact monitor for travel or as a second screen.
